At Olive Ateliers, we curate unique, soul-filled pieces for your home, and we want you to be entirely satisfied with your discovery. If an item doesn't resonate with your space, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Atelier Piece
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective wrapping and box to ensure it remains safe during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
